Tahoe-100M, the large-scale cell perturbation dataset released last year by Tahoe AI, is now published in a special edition of Cell dedicated to modeling human cells. It has been downloaded over 600K times and, according to the authors, has become the basis for most serious efforts in building cell state models — a milestone for AI in life sciences.
