At AGNTCON + MCPCon, Sam — maintainer of GitHub's official MCP server and a newly minted MCP maintainer — demoed his fork of pidotdev called Pi-MCP:
- Progressive disclosure throughout, exposing capabilities on demand to manage context
- All tool calls pass through a checkpoint
- Skills can load tools
His talk "MCP doesn't have a context problem" drew a standing-room-only crowd.
