One stale date silently broke a WhatsApp reply agent: 19 messages unanswered

Developer Max Petrusenko shares a silent agent failure: his WhatsApp auto-reply agent for a contact improv class relies on ask-event.json for event info. After the Oct 30 event passed, the file still said Oct 30, so "yes" replies went to review instead of getting info—19 replies sat unanswered from Oct 31 to Nov 1.
The fix in ask-replies: once the date passes, automatically roll ask-event.json to the next Luma Friday.
His takeaway for anyone building agents: any config containing a date needs code that moves the date forward. What in your agent is quietly expiring?
