Indie dev unlocked non-English sales with live AI translation after a year of lost leads

An English-only indie developer shares how leads from Spain and Japan went nowhere for a year — buyers couldn't ask their real questions in English, so they asked nothing and went quiet.
In March she added Palabra.ai to her sales calls and personally closed four non-English deals. A 40-minute Madrid call featured two detailed Spanish questions about implementation — exactly the conversations she'd been missing.
Her takeaway: "selling only in English decides how big your company gets."
