amasad · x · 2026-09-17
Slack launched Slack Code, positioning agentic coding as a team sport: teams and agents can plan, write, and review builds together in Slack. First-wave agents include Cedar, CodeRabbit, Datadog, Factory AI, Lovable, Mistral, NanoClaw, Replit, Rhythms, Skydive, and Snowflake — 11 in total. Replit's CEO amplified the announcement, saying Replit is coming to Slack Code. The launch marks coding agents moving into team collaboration platforms, distinct from IDE-based agents.
