BackOps AI, an agent company building the intelligence and resolution layer for businesses that make and move physical goods, announced a $42M Series B led by Insight Partners just six months after its $26M Series A.
BackOps sits across ERPs, WMSs, TMSs, carrier portals, email and spreadsheets, making decisions and carrying work to resolution. Reported results: one customer processed 500K+ claims with 99% resolved without human involvement while volume grew 150x with flat headcount; another cut a billing process from 28 hours to 14 minutes.
