Demis Hassabis receives RSA Albert Medal, says arts will shape the AGI era

Google DeepMind CEO Demis Hassabis has been awarded the Albert Medal by the RSA. In a discussion with mathematician Hannah Fry, he argued that while science and tech unlock amazing opportunities, the arts and humanities will be crucial in shaping what kind of future society wants in the coming AGI era.
