Meta announced the WhatsApp Business Tools MCP server, connecting AI coding agents like Claude, Cursor, Codex, and ChatGPT directly to the WhatsApp Business Platform. Developers can now describe what they need instead of juggling the Developer Console, Business Manager, and API docs — agents handle setup, messaging templates, testing, and troubleshooting.
