An account calling itself the co-inventor of ChatGPT launched Jev, a "frontier composable intelligence" model trained with a new method (RLCD), claiming 20-200x faster and 40-400x cheaper inference with free output tokens. Commenter Braden Hancock likened the approach to rediscovering discriminative models — predetermined schemas, calibrated predictions, cheap and fast — and sees mapping new tech onto proven enterprise requirements as a positive sign.
