- Security: prevention of indirect prompt injection via build file modifications and untrusted flags.
- Sandbox: hardened filesystem boundaries and isolated runtime state.
- Fixes: preservation of explicit versioned Flash model IDs, and AgentLoopContext properties no longer lost across object spread.
