Every announced that Bencera, founder of Polsia, will speak at Thesis, its inaugural conference on work and AI (Nov 5, Pioneer Works, Brooklyn).
Polsia has one founder and zero employees: its agents research ideas, build products, handle customer support, and market what they make while he sleeps. Ben also handed the agent his inbox, every investor question he'd been asked, and a list of 200 investors; the agent ran the process through the final meeting, and 30 days later he closed a $30 million round.
The conference will ask: what is a company when the org chart is one person and a fleet of agents? Speakers from Notion and OpenAI will also appear.
