Speed alone doesn't justify AI use: check skill erosion and intrinsic value first

In a follow-up to her four-rule framework for when to use AI, the author stresses that the first two rules — intrinsic value of the activity and skill development — should be checked first. Justifying AI use purely because it's faster while it degrades your skills or the value of the output is a mistake.
