Dev builds MCP server so agents analyze his X account data before drafting posts
DarkyZ_ · reddit · 2026-09-15
An indie developer built PilotMyX, an MCP server that lets agents like Claude or Codex read your actual X account data, fixing the problem that generic advice ignores what really happened on your account.
His go-to prompt: compare the last 7 days with the previous 7, split original posts from replies, find topics and posting times that repeatedly improved impressions, profile visits, or link clicks, check whether one outlier is carrying the result, then draft one post based on a pattern worth retesting.
He still picks the angle and reviews drafts himself; the product adds a dashboard and scheduler for approval and scheduling, with a 7-day free trial.
