Qwen Code ships CUA Driver v0.20.9 with signed macOS binaries and MCP payload filtering
github-actions[bot] · ghdev · 2026-09-15
QwenLM/qwen-code released cua-driver-rs v0.20.9 with prebuilt Qwen CUA Driver binaries:
- macOS: codesigned and notarized universal binary plus QwenCuaDriver.app
- Linux: unsigned builds for x8664 and arm64, glibc 2.31 floor
- Windows: unsigned UIAccess worker and native SDK payload; deployments must sign and trust the worker before UIAccess activation
- Node.js: the same workflow publishes @qwen-code/cua-sdk and the independently versioned @qwen-code/node-repl-mcp after MCP smoke tests
New optional flags: relative coordinate space via CUADRIVERRSCOORDINATESPACE=1 (default off), and textual MCP payload filtering for affected model API routes via MCPMODELPAYLOADFILTER=1 (default off).
The release also merges fixes including completed hooks event docs, node-pty prebuild bundling for the web terminal, cross-process background result tracking between daemon and web shell, and a skill identity resolution fix.
