A user ran a full test of the @Muse agent handling doctor appointment admin: it emailed the office, called and left a voicemail, used @bot to fill out new-patient paperwork with the context it had, and added confirmed dates to the calendar. The whole flow took about 5 minutes, and the author plans to make it the default workflow going forward.
