Google officially integrated Deep Research into Gemini Live: ask Gemini (by voice) to run a deep-research report on a topic, then lock your screen or keep chatting about other things.
Gemini works asynchronously in the background and sends a notification when the full report is ready; you can then discuss the results, ask follow-ups, or refine details by voice.
