Claude Code 2.1.271 is out with 96 CLI changes. Highlights:
- Claude Code Remote now honors host fast-mode or /fast, cutting response latency where the organization allows it
- Sandbox networking: per-command alloweddomains limits Bash/PowerShell/Monitor auto-sandboxing to only required hosts
- Org-policy cache is cleared after account/API-key switches, with policies refreshed immediately to avoid stale rules
