AI holding company Sequence Holdings, alongside the Dell Family Office and the Baldwin family and management, has agreed to take insurance firm The Baldwin Group private.
Sequence founder frames the thesis: "the holding company of the next century will be a technology company that owns and operates businesses." Investor saranormous notes the journey went from seed to a $7.7B buyout in just 18 months, calling at-scale AI-transformation of existing businesses "a massive value driver over the next decade."
