shadcn/lint adds category whitelists and error messages that inject design system context

shadcn shows two more shadcn/lint capabilities:
- Category whitelists: allowing the layout category lets agents use margin, width, and positioning classes but not restyling classes — e.g. a Button may be w-full and positioned with margin but cannot be restyled.
- Custom error messages: placeholders like {{variants}} and {{file}} pull in the component's available variants and their locations, injecting design system and design team context into the agent's instructions.
