The hard problem isn't checkpointing but proving whether an external side effect (payment, migration, deployment) already happened before a crash. Results: Infra completed 5/5 high-risk continuations vs 4/5 for Strong Handoff with 49.4% fewer tokens and 60.8% faster recovery; it blocked all 10 injected duplicate effects.
