Chinese embodied-AI simulation startup Xushi (虚时科技) raised angel and angel+ rounds totaling tens of millions RMB in two months, with former D-Robotics embodied algorithm lead Dr. He Yonghao joining as CTO. Research cited: training on 5x sim data boosts real-world task success by 40% at one-third the cost of real-robot data.
Its IntimeVerse platform spans four modules: Code2Space (scene generation cost from hundreds of dollars to under $10), Asset2Physics (minute-level physics calibration, >95% accuracy), Space2Data (automated data collection, >5h/day on one RTX 4090), and Data2Edge—including an IntimeBrain model running at 20Hz on 100TOPS edge chips. It prioritizes industrial scenarios, having delivered the first fully sim-trained express-parcel sorting pipeline, with customer projects in delivery stage. CEO Wang Deshen predicts a sim-data-driven emergence inflection within 1-2 years.
