From the voice-workflow thread: give a second task a specific review job. Prompt: "Have another task check this report against the original spreadsheet. Look for wrong totals and claims the data doesn't support. Bring me the disagreements." Then discuss the findings by voice — a cheap cross-check against hallucination and arithmetic slips.
