UBTECH opens humanoid robot factory in China with one humanoid every 10 minutes

UBTECH has put a 14,000㎡ humanoid robot factory into operation in Liuzhou, China, with a designed takt time of one humanoid every 10 minutes and planned annual capacity in the tens of thousands. Cruzr Y1/Y2 robots handle depalletizing, palletizing and transport using 3D vision; Walker S2 and Cruzr units are built on the same line alongside cobots and autonomous logistics vehicles. A 65㎡ automated warehouse stores 112 humanoids; the plant was simulated 1:1 in Siemens Plant Simulation and each robot is tracked by SN from parts to delivery. Humanoid manufacturing is now entering the 10,000-unit scale.
