A finance commentator is skeptical of the suddenly famous Anthropic researcher's doomsday warnings, arguing nothing sells more tickets than doomsday. He says the researcher became world-famous within hours and will have no trouble getting rich, and judging by the incentive structure, he is tempted to call it pure bullshit.
