Adobe reported fiscal Q3 2026 revenue of $6.76B, up 13% YoY, with GAAP EPS of $4.62 and ending ARR of $27.5B, raising full-year guidance to $26.576–26.626B. AI-first ending ARR topped $650M, up over 150%.
Anil Chakravarthy, who leads Customer Experience Orchestration and worldwide field ops, becomes president and CEO on December 1, with Shantanu Narayen moving to executive chair. The Business Professionals and Consumers segment hit $1.91B in revenue (+16%) with 900M+ MAU (+25%), pushing Adobe past 1B monthly active users. The author argues Chakravarthy's task is creating a new product category rather than more vertical versions of Acrobat or Firefly.
