Recall Labs shuts down: agent trust and reputation network winds down
carsonfarmer · x · 2026-10-31
Recall Labs announced it is winding down: the board voted to stop development of the Recall Network and the RECALL token and close the company in an orderly way. The team says Recall aimed to bring trust and reputation to AI agents, but as AI rapidly evolved, multiple product directions tested in 2026 proved not viable enough to continue. No team or investor tokens have unlocked; the Recall Foundation is making separate arrangements. Co-founder carsonfarmer reflected on his years across Textile, 3Box, and Recall.
