Omnara pitches open-source, model-agnostic managed agent API as Codex's stays closed

Elvis Saravia (omarsar0) said he's uncomfortable that Codex's agents API itself isn't open or hackable, and asked for a more agnostic service.
Ishaan Sehgal responded by introducing Omnara: a model-agnostic, cloud-agnostic, open-source API for building managed agents, filling the gap left by Codex, whose harness is open-source but whose agents API is not.
