Codex macOS 26.908.31748 renders blank window when online; rollback fixes it

- A bug report on openai/codex (#44743) describes the macOS Codex app (26.908.31748, bundled codex-cli 0.154.0-alpha.6.1) opening to a blank main window and eventually no window at all, with renderer logs showing r is not a function and a React error boundary—suspected circular import between authed-route and app-primary.
- Oddly, it only reproduces when OpenAI servers are reachable: offline or with a dead proxy the same build renders fine, and rolling back to 26.901.51231 (codex-cli 0.153.4) fixes it.
- The issue includes a reproduction matrix using --proxy-server flags and desktop logs, reproducing 3/3 launches.
