Claude Code Cowork regression leaves macOS sandbox with no network, cloud proxy 403s all domains

Issue #93507 on anthropics/claude-code reports that since 2026-09-10, Cowork sessions on macOS start their local Linux sandbox VM with no network route at all (loopback only) — ip route is empty, SSH and HTTPS unreachable — while the same session's cloud container egress proxy returns 403 for every domain despite "Allow network egress: All domains" being enabled. Full reinstall, device relinking, and toggling the setting didn't help. The reporter links several related historical issues (macOS MITM egress proxy, Windows allowlist ignored). Labeled bug/regression with a repro.
