Two founders built FetchSandbox in 2.5 months on a single machine — stateful twin sandboxes for multi-agent workflows. The pain point: agents need to test chained flows across Stripe, GitHub, Slack and Salesforce without touching live systems. 50+ service twins are live, 14 with drift detection and a "brain" that learns what normal looks like and flags deviations.
Traction: 4,200+ MCP installs, 3,000+ MAU, 1,200+ sandbox runs per day. After their Product Hunt launch, DevRel teams started booking calls unprompted, validating the ICP. Still running on one machine.
