yungcontent · x · 2026-09-11
Developer orenmeetsworld tested Codex driving DaVinci Resolve through MCP, delegating trimming, audio, captions, image sourcing, and animation generation entirely to the agent.
It not only edited but also sourced imagery and matched the style of his reference videos, used ChatGPT in Chrome to plan cuts from captions of four prior videos, and delivered tight audio mixes and animated transitions. He says he's floored.
