OpenAI and the General Services Administration signed a new OneGov deal providing ChatGPT to all federal employees through Dec 31, 2028, replacing the expiring $1-per-agency pilot. Pricing shifts to discounted consumption-based billing with half-off token usage across ChatGPT models including frontier ones.
