Nvidia runs its own supply chain on Palantir, coordinating 1.3M components per rack

Per Fast Company, Nvidia has begun running its global supply chain on Palantir software, becoming the first customer of a sovereign AI platform the two companies plan to sell across industry and government. Each Vera Rubin GPU rack requires coordinating thousands of suppliers and roughly 1.3 million components, and Nvidia plans up to $500 billion of US AI infrastructure, making supply chain speed a bottleneck for the entire AI buildout.
