A20 Pro doubles AI compute with 32-core Neural Engine on TSMC's 2nm node

From the same thread: the A20 Pro's Neural Engine has 32 total cores in two 16-core blocks, which Apple says doubles AI processing power over the A19 Pro. It is also the first high-volume smartphone chip built on TSMC's 2nm process — a claim the author verified against three independent outlets.
His take: faster chip plus more private AI is a fair trade, but it's not a new capability — Apple just got to this node first in the same race everyone is running.
