Omnigent v0.13.0 ships GitHub PR panel, live Canvas board, and libkrun microVM sandboxes

The open-source agent platform Omnigent (9.8k GitHub stars) released v0.13.0, tightening the loop between agents, code, and infrastructure: a new GitHub panel shows the branch's PR (summary, comments, CI checks, stacked diff with file-tree navigator) refreshing live as the agent pushes, with private-repo cloning and in-sandbox git/gh auth; Canvas becomes a built-in per-project board of draggable live session cards with worktree branches and PR links; and new managed-sandbox providers add local libkrun microVMs with sub-second boots and in-place resume, plus self-reclaiming Kubernetes sandboxes that suspend when idle. Sessions now switch instantly, and Jcode is a first-class ACP harness.
