Workflow locks video motion with Blender 3D animation before AI generation in FLORA

Most AI-generated video motion is a guess driven by prompts. This workflow uses Astra to open Blender, model a shoe last, and animate it first, so the motion is locked before generation. The locked animation—not the prompt—drives the resulting videos in FLORA, giving deterministic control over movement.
