Frank Nielsen's 2020 short textbook "An Elementary Introduction to Information Geometry" is now in ChapterPal's collection. Aimed at graduate students and practitioners, it builds differential geometry (tangent spaces, metric tensors, affine connections) from first principles and applies geometric frameworks to decision-making, estimation, and optimization over parametric probability families. Prerequisites: linear algebra, multivariable calculus, and classical probability/statistics.
