ProteinBlender: Free Open-Source Blender Addon for Publication-Quality Protein and DNA Animation

The Animation Lab released ProteinBlender, a free open-source Blender addon for researchers, educators and science communicators to import, visualize and animate protein structures with publication-quality results. The latest release adds a DNA builder, plus keyframe animation, puppet/pose management, flexible linkers and dynamic membranes. Built on MolecularNodes with biotite and MDAnalysis, licensed GPL-3.0-or-later, with YouTube tutorials and GitHub support.
