Apple Watch adds local audio intelligence: 15-second rewind transcripts and Siri Recap

Apple Watch is getting new Audio Intelligence features: a 15-second rewind producing transcripts of recent speech, plus Siri Recap for high-level notes — a granola-like experience on the wrist. Under the hood it uses a new Secure Exclave holding an audio buffer; no audio is stored or accessible, and all transcription runs fully on-device and end-to-end private.
