Google released ADK (Agent Development Kit) for Kotlin 1.0, bringing type-safe AI agents with no runtime reflection. Highlights: a Kotlin Multiplatform core, compile-time tool schemas via KSP, coroutine-based structured agent loops, dynamic skills, and human-in-the-loop support. ADK was previously Python-only.
