Dev Builds Open-Source ARPG Evergrow with Astra single task high, Best Speed-Quality Ratio
Dimillian · x · 2026-09-09
Open-source developer Dimillian shares that he builds Evergrow — a browser-based, Diablo-inspired gothic 2D action RPG — using single task Astra high, calling it the best output-to-speed ratio he's found with plenty of usage left after days of work.
Evergrow is an actively iterating prototype with 284 commits, supporting keyboard/mouse, controller and touch, an offline Android build, character import/export, and optional ChatGPT sign-in for cloud saves.
