Bleu Robotics trained a humanoid robot on-site the day before VivaTech opened, using only 6 human demonstrations to learn a six-step machine-tending task (picking parts, loading a laser engraver, pressing buttons, retrieving finished parts, 1-minute cycles). It ran for 4 days at over 80 cycles/day with a 96% success rate — a rare non-staged humanoid demo on real industrial equipment.
