PyTorch Foundation's Accelerator Integration WG Tackles Heterogeneous Computing
PyTorch · x · 2026-09-09
At PyTorch Con China, Zesheng Zong presented the PyTorch Foundation's TAC Accelerator Integration Working Group, which addresses high adaptation costs and lack of unified standards in heterogeneous AI computing hardware. The WG is exploring ways for accelerators to validate pipeline changes without blocking main CI/CD, collaborates via Slack and public PRs, meets bi-weekly, and is open to anyone with accelerator experience. Other working groups include Multi-Cloud, Security, and Ecosystem Tools.
