ORO, a startup building open source models for agentic commerce, announced its acceptance into Y Combinator's Fall 2026 batch. According to the shared commentary, it is the first crypto company with a live token to be admitted: YC underwrote ORO, evaluated its Bittensor model, and concluded the subnet is a structural advantage while the token is accretive to the company's capital structure. The team will keep building best-in-class open source models for agentic commerce with YC's support.
