Tencent's CubeSandbox v0.7.0 adds cross-node pause/resume for AI agent sandboxes

Tencent Cloud's open-source CubeSandbox (11.9k GitHub stars) released v0.7.0. Built on RustVMM + KVM, each sandbox gets its own kernel with hardware-level isolation and millisecond startup. New: cross-node pause & resume (preview) so an agent's state, memory, and filesystem survive node maintenance, plus multi-version component coexistence and a control-plane/ops split.
