shuding: integrate your UI over real traffic to get the exact average page users see
shuding · x · 2026-10-27
shuding shows you can treat production screen-width/font-size metrics as a distribution ρ and integrate the page-height function H over it (∫H(w)ρ(w)dw) to get the exact average page users see. Since H is piecewise-linear between breakpoints, each segment has a closed-form solution.
