Replying to Gary Marcus, littmath explains his intuition on models tackling RH vs. Navier-Stokes: both have existing "strategies," but the RH strategy is still missing definitions of basic objects where model capabilities seem weaker. He adds that RH is almost certainly true, which probably makes it harder to prove.
