Researcher: LLMs' best use may be generating robot pretraining data
igilitschenski · x · 2026-09-09
Researcher igilitschenski argues that if LLMs are good at generating robot-control code, their highest-value role is producing controllers that in turn generate data for pretraining robot foundation models—mirroring how LLMs already interface with game/physics engines to help train video models.
