WORKS promptable hardware: why clocks and lamps may beat do-everything AI devices

Daniel Fogg and genmon introduce WORKS, a series of limited-release "promptable" physical products built in public by @inanimatetech. The thesis: a device that can do anything creates an imagination bottleneck, and physical forms like clocks, lamps, and calendars constrain an agent just enough to make its possibilities graspable. The right form factors for agentic hardware are still unknown—WORKS is how they find out.
