European startup Desert Ant Labs launched an on-device AI platform with 18 small task-specific models across audio, vision, and text—including speech recognition (transcribe 10 minutes in 2s on iPhone), enhancement, PII redaction, language ID, filler-word detection, moderation, and structured extraction. SDKs for Swift, Kotlin, and JavaScript; no tokens, no logins, nothing leaves the device. Free up to 100k monthly active devices per platform with unlimited runs; models on Hugging Face.
